Seat belts have been proven to be one of the best ways to sav e your life in a crash. Yet\, many still don’t buckle up. Worse still\, no t wearing a seat belt is a habit that will pass on to impressionable youth who\, in turn\, will think it is safe to not buckle up. The Click It or Ticket campaign focuses on safety educatio n\, strong laws\, and law enforcement support to save lives.

me to the gazebo on Thursdays at 10 AM to listen to stories read by Police
Officers and Firefighters. We’re so happy to once again partner with Down
town Cranford and Cranford Fire on this community event!
The Cranford Poli ce Department will celebrate 125 years of service with an Anniversary Para de scheduled for Sunday\, October 23rd\, 2022 at 12:30 PM.
\nThis “d riving parade” will consist of emergency vehicles and specialized equipmen t from Local\, County\, State\, and Federal Agencies. The parade route sta rts at 12:30 at Union County College and travels southbound on Springfield Avenue toward Downtown Cranford. The parade will then turn right onto Nor th Union Avenue\, cross North Avenue\, and turn left into the Walnut Avenu e entrance to the Train Station parking lot.
\nOur Cranford Police D epartment does so much to keep our community special. Let’s celebrate with them on this momentous occasion!
