\n\n\nTrack Friday is a day of giving back by supporting local charities while burning off some Thanksgiving calories. On Friday\, Novemb er 26th\, Cranford residents are invited to run or walk at the Memorial Fi eld Track and participate in trackside workout sessions from Garden State Athletics and Alluem Yoga.
\nThis year we’ve added the inaugural Wil l DeGregorio Memorial Extra Mile\, a casual one mile run/walk honoring Wil l. A portion of this year’s proceeds will fund scholarships in Will’s name via the Cranford Police Athletic League.
