Free Rutgers basketball tickets will be available for children through grade 8 who have read one book. Parental tickets are also available at a discounted rate of $15 each. The game is between Rutgers University and Rider University. Deadline to return form is December 15th to the Cranford Public Library Children's Dept. Call for more information.
