A Toute Heure
When you walk the streets of the French countryside searching for that perfect little bistro to stop at for dinner, you might notice their “a toute heure” menu written up on the blackboard and perched outside. This daily menu usually highlights the chef’s specials for the night and is full of seasonal treasures that locals know are the best find for the night.
When we opened A Toute Heure in May of 2007, we built an entire bistro around those menus – the chef’s specials, local foods, seasonal treasures, and whatever looked best at the market that morning! The menus are ever-changing, the dishes full of the seasons best vegetables and fruit, and the meat and fish from the local area and fresh as can be.
