Cranford Memorial Day Parade @ Community Center | Cranford | New Jersey | United States

The Cranford Recreation and Parks Department is pleased to announce its annual Memorial Day Parade will take place on Monday, May 28 th . Line up begins at the Community Center, 220Walnut Ave in Cranford at 8:30 a.m. and marching commences at 9:00 a.m. ending with a
traditional memorial ceremony at Memorial Park on Springfield Avenue between RiversideDrive and Central Avenue at 10:00 a.m. Joining the line of march is: VFW Color Guard, The Grand Marshal James Silkensen, United States Army, VFW Post #335, Cranford High School
Band, Flag bearers carried by Boy Scout Troops 75 and 80, The Mayor and TownshipCommittee, Cranford Police, Cranford Fire Department, Cranford First Aid Squad, CranfordCouncil Knights Of Columbus, Union County Pipes and Drums Band, Cranford Historical
Society, Crane’s FORD D.A.R. Hillside Ave. Band, Cranford Democratic Club, Azure-Masada Lodge #22, Cranford Republican Club, Mayor & Council of Borough of Garwood, Garwood Fire Department, Garwood First Aid Squad, American Lab Rescue, Sunny Acres Civic Group, Shining Stars, Cranford Elks #2006 Motorcycle Club, Car Group and other vehicles, OrangeAve. Band, Cranford Community of Girl Scouts, Boy Scout Troops 75 &; 80, Cub Packs 75 &103, Cranford Lacrosse Club, Cranford Baseball & Softball League, Cranford Soccer, and the Cranford Hockey Club. The Cranford High School Madrigal Ensemble and the Cranford HighSchool Band will provide musical selections at the ceremony. In case of inclement weather, services only will be held at the Cranford Community Center, 220 Walnut Avenue at 10:00 a.m. A limited number of American stick flags will be distributed to those along the parade route.
