"When my wife first asked me to join THE MAX Challenge, I thought 'Not for me!' I kept making excuses about my work being travel intensive, not having time to do it, and that this program was more calisthenics and not the weight training that I was used to. After seeing the transformation in my wife, who lost 57 lbs., and noticing the transformation in her physically, as well as emotionally, I finally gave in and did a week trial.
I went in with an attitude of 'I’ll try it, but I don’t think it’s really for me. This is more for the ladies.' I was surprised to see there were some men and they were as much into the class as anyone else.

The trainers were motivational and made working out fun. They really pushed everyone to never give up. I met some wonderful people that were genuinely motivating me to keep at it.

The results speak for themselves! When I started the challenge I weighed 205 lbs. (the most I have ever weighed in my lifetime). Being 5’10” and always athletic throughout my life, I really allowed the stresses of life and primarily work to consume me. Today I weigh 175 lbs.! That’s a loss of 30 lbs. in just 10 weeks. More importantly, I feel great! I am happier, healthier, and full of energy."
