Track Friday is a day of giving back by supporting local charities while burning off some Thanksgiving calories. On Friday, November 26th, Cranford residents are invited to run or walk at the Memorial Field Track and participate in trackside workout sessions from Garden State Athletics and Alluem Yoga.
This year we’ve added the inaugural Will DeGregorio Memorial Extra Mile, a casual one mile run/walk honoring Will. A portion of this year’s proceeds will fund scholarships in Will’s name via the Cranford Police Athletic League.
Participants are encouraged to create a personal fundraising campaign on our MightyCause leaderboard, or support a fellow community member’s campaign. Add your campaign, or support a cause here: mightycause.com/team/
The Cranford Jaycees have set up a special fundraiser on the leaderboard to raise money for two causes: Cranford Family Care and the aforementioned Cranford Police PAL scholarship.
Coffee and hot chocolate will be available for all participants, courtesy of Track 5 Coffee!
