Share the scripture readings and prayers of the daily offices of Morning and Evening Prayer. Enter into the Great Three Days with the institution of the Lord’s Supper and the stripping of the Altar. Help keep the vigil through the night by prayerfully watching a video feed of the stripped altar in the church and the reserved sacrament in the chapel. Celebrate Eucharist with the rising sun and refuse to forget the risen conquering Son. (Anthony Rafaniello, Trinity Music Director, will lead us in song). ‘Join’ Father Andy in the sanctuary of the church for a streamed Rite II Holy Eucharist with Anthony Rafaniello leading our singing from the organ console. 6:30 AM: Paschal Vigil – Part 2 (Triduum III) (In-person outdoors) Held on the North Ave lawns outside the Church (bring a folding chair) (masks & pre-registration are required for in-person.), 10:00 AM Easter Sunday, (online)
Sunday, June 6th, Pancake Breakfast, after 8 am and 10:30 am masses. Pay at door. Contact John Ruiz at 908-693-3702 for details.
There will be bagels, muffins, and donuts for everyone. Children will color Easter pictures, make a simple craft, and get their picture taken with the Easter Bunny (please bring your own camera).
There are two separate seatings, 9:30am-10:30am and 11:00am-12:00pm.Tickets are needed for every attendee (including infants).
Tickets are also available at The Cranford Public Library.

The Cranford Jaycees annual pancake breakfast returns on Sunday, April 10th from 7:30 am-12 pm at the Cranford VFW. Proceeds benefit Cranford Family Care. The Easter Bunny will be there for photos.

8:00 – 9:00PM: Paschal Vigil (Triduum III) (in person)
From earliest times Christians have gathered on the eve of the Paschal/Easter Season to recall the story of God’s saving work,from creation through to the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Paschal Vigil marks the end of the emptiness of Lent and Holy Week, and leads into the celebration of Christ’s resurrection. The Vigil Liturgy contains four main parts: The lighting of the Paschal Candle; hearing the great Hebrew stories of the faith; the Liturgy of Initiation (Baptismed); and Holy Eucharist.
10 – 11 AM in the church and streamed online
Easter Sunday at Trinity is always a wonderful celebration, don your Sunday best and come and proclaim our risen, conquering Lord! Father Andy will offer a children’s address on the Christian origins of Easter egg hunts after which the children will hunt the grounds for eggs. The choir anthem will be ‘Love’s Redeeming Work is Done’ and we will all have the opportunity to sing the ‘Hallelujah Chorus’ at the conclusion of the liturgy.
There’s still time to sign up for our annual golf outing supporting local scholarships and other programs. Sponsorships are also available for non-golfers who want to support our mission. Golf fees include lunch, snacks on the course, and dinner and drinks after.
This year, we celebrate our 95th anniversary preserving and perpetuating the history of the township of Cranford. On Sunday, September 18th, from 1- 5 pm, the Society will re-open the Crane-Phillips House Museum for a tour with a FALL FESTIVAL outside. We will have crafters showing and selling their crafts and face painting, balloon making and crafts for the children. Dreyer Farms will be on hand selling their mums, pumpkins, bales of hay, corn stalks, pies and donuts. The Cranford Historical Society will sell ice cream cones and ice cream sodas and will have garage sale items, used books and our merchandise for sale. We will also have a history basket raffle and a 50/50 chance.
The society is looking for Crafters, face painting artists, balloon making artists and a band. All spaces are $20 and must bring your own table and chair. If you can participate, call or email us!
